Responsibilities

Build scalable services, APIs and microservices for Dynatrace’s platform

Design and implement Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance of applications and infrastructure

Collaborate with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance using Dynatrace

Configure and customize alerts, dashboards, and reports in Dynatrace to provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Provide guidance and training to other IT teams on the use of Dynatrace and best practices for monitoring and performance optimization

Stay up to date with new Dynatrace features and capabilities to continuously improve monitoring and performance optimization processes

Participate in incident response and troubleshooting efforts, leveraging Dynatrace to quickly identify and resolve issues

Contribute to the development and maintenance of monitoring and performance optimization standards and procedures

Work collaboratively with other IT teams to integrate Dynatrace with other monitoring and management tools as needed

Prototype, design and implement low-level components (e.g., data ingestion pipelines)

Build CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling to streamline deployment

Ensure seamless developer experience by reducing cognitive load in DevOps workflows

Optimize performance and ensure resilience of services

Knowledge of Database SQL queries and working exposure with NoSQL DB

He / She Should be able to independently troubleshoot issues and provide RCA

Must be proficient and have automation experience in relevant technologies and tools

Knowledge on JIRA

Candidate should be local to Dallas, 5 Days Onsite, No Remote Option

Good Interpersonal skills

Ability to co-ordinate with offshore team

Good communication / Presentations skills

Required

Strong experience with Dynatrace monitoring tools and technologies

In-depth knowledge of application performance management (APM) principles

Ability to design, develop and implement custom dashboards and reports using Dynatrace

Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting complex performance issues

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Puppet

Ability to stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the APM space
