Responsibilities

Coordinating and implementing comprehensive Disaster Recovery (DR) plans
Assess risks
Design recovery strategies
Collaborate with various teams to ensure the organization is prepared to handle any unforeseen disruptions
Work with multiple teams across the organization in support of planning and testing of Disaster Recovery plans
Manage a portfolio containing a broad range of ADP's cloud-based and On-Premise payroll, tax, HR, and benefits applications and services
Guide a broad scope of team’s efforts with a laser focus on disaster recovery testing and restoring applications services
Coordinate across a broad audience of technologists and business representatives with varying degrees of technical aptitude

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT Disaster Recovery or a related field
A working knowledge of various data protection technologies and techniques
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to work well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
