Sales Marketing Operations
Testforce is a company focused on optimizing inbound marketing and sales activities. They are seeking a Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst to support systems and processes that enable effective lead management and performance tracking across marketing and sales platforms.
Responsibilities
Monitor and help ensure inbound lead workflows from capture to sales handoff are working as intended
Supports the maintenance and optimization of the marketing automation processes, including lead routing, segmentation, and nurture programs
Ensure timely sales follow-up and CRM data accuracy through monitoring and reporting
Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and technical teams to triage leads and improve process efficiency
Build and maintain automated email follow-ups and soft-sell nurture campaigns
Implement and support data integrations and automated workflows across marketing and sales platforms
Create and maintain CRM reports and dashboards to track KPIs
Document existing processes and identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, and performance
Support occasional, non-technical follow-up with customers related to inbound inquiries or marketing programs
Qualification
Required
University degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, analytics, CRM support, or a related field
Working knowledge of CRM systems
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
Comfortable collaborating across teams/departments
Preferred
SugarCRM preferred
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Act-On
Knowledge of basic scripting or PHP is an asset
