Responsibilities

Performs site-level troubleshooting, problem resolution, cable testing, device configuration changes, VLAN operations, and wireless support; documents activity accurately in DHA’s ITSM

Qualification

Required

LAN/WAN troubleshooting using SolarWinds, ARMIS, and Ansible
OSI-layer fault isolation and packet-level analysis
Cable termination, drop certification, and OTDR testing
Edge switch, wireless access point, and serial communications support
Accurate ticket documentation and time tracking per enterprise standards
DoD 8140 – Network Operations Specialist (Intermediate level)
Security+
CCNA or equivalent
Bachelor's and 2 years; OR technical school and 3 years directly related experience
SECRET (Required)
