New Grad, Entry LevelCreative Costuming & Designs is a garment manufacturing company, and they are seeking a Production Assistant to support various tasks in the production process. The role involves organizing patterns, verifying cuts, maintaining workstations, and assisting with fabric handling.

Responsibilities
Sort and organize full sets of patterns for projects
Identify missing or mismarked patterns
Count to verify all pieces for the pattern have been cut
Maintain a clean and orderly workstation
Support operators in completion of projects
Handling paperwork related to production
Assist cutter in spreading fabric
Pull material from inventory for projects
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be energetic and willing to be proactive, be able to multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner
Must have a strong work ethic
Must be organized, detail oriented and work with a sense of urgency
Must be reliable, come to work on time and be able to follow directions
Must be able to lift 25-45 lbs
Must read English
Must be able to do basic Math
Self Motivated
Job requires you to be on your feet all day
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes
