Experience in real estate sales transactions - ideally both rentals and sales

Comfort with pitching clients on the phone from referral sources like banks, Zillow, and Redfin - we have more leads than we can handle and we want someone who can streamline buyer clients

Ability to travel around NYC, in particular Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens

Strong written and verbal communication skills
