In this role, you will be responsible for preparing commercial air handling units for shipment, ensuring they are clean, secure, and ready for delivery.

Responsibilities

Clean and prep units for wrapping or painting
Place units on skids and secure them using shrink wrap, banding, and tape
Once trained, you'll Operate overhead cranes to move units and materials
Coordinate with assembly, electrical, and shipping teams regarding QA tasks or issues
Apply rust preventative spray and prep units for paint as needed
Use hand tools like heat guns, nail guns, and saws to complete packaging
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Required

Requires a high school diploma/GED and previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
