This role serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm and efficient experience across various care settings, including the Emergency Department and outpatient clinics.

Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Patient Experience: Greet and assist patients with empathy and professionalism across various hospital entry points including triage, ambulance bay, and bedside registration
Accurate Patient Registration: Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information in the EMR system with precision
Support Across Care Settings: Perform check-in and registration duties in emergency, outpatient, and inpatient environments, including travel to bedside locations when needed
Technology & Documentation: Utilize portable computers for bedside registration, support self-pay processes, and complete required documentation for Medicare patients
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of professional experience
Strong customer service skills
Empathetic and passionate about helping others
Comfortable with technology and EMR systems
