Direct mentorship from Loftey’s CEO and Principal Broker
Warm buyer leads + guidance on converting them
Training on calling expired listings & off-market outreach
A weekly in-office cohort to keep momentum high and skills sharp
Clear expectations, real feedback, and hands-on deal support
Working live leads while building the habits and confidence needed to operate as a sales agent
