Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Own and continuously refine the company’s equity story, clearly articulating strategy, growth drivers, and long-term value creation
Partner closely with the CEO and CFO on all investor-facing communications and engagements
Lead investor messaging for earnings, investor days, conferences, and roadshows, including releases, presentations, remarks, and Q&A
Build and manage strong relationships with institutional investors and equity research analysts, primarily in the U.S
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting and disclosures in coordination with our Accounting & Finance and Legal teams
Monitor investor sentiment, analyst coverage, peer performance, and market dynamics
Provide structured feedback to leadership on expectations, risks, and opportunities
Support investor communications in special situations (for example, market volatility, M&A, outlook changes)
Establish scalable investor relations processes and best practices

Required

Outstanding, verifiable track record in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or related fields
Exceptional references
Deep understanding of and experience in capital markets and financial analysis
Strong grasp of valuation, disclosures, and investor psychology
Ability to solve complex problems and think from first principles
Strong attention to detail
Extremely ambitious with initiative, effort, and tenacity
High level of responsibility for work
Team-oriented with a spirit of collaboration
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
