Qualification
Required
Exceptional Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining high levels of customer engagement
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Technical knowledge of sandblasting and painting equipment is highly desirable
Capability to work collaboratively within a team in an on-site environment
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in technical support or customer service
Preferred
associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
