Responsibilities

Translate weekly and monthly priorities into clear project plans

Break initiatives into tasks, timelines, and owners

Track progress and follow up until completion

Ensure nothing important slips through the cracks

Act as the central point of contact for:

Social media & video editor

Automation / tech support

SEO, blog, and Google Business Profile contributors

Transaction coordination touchpoints

Client event and mailer coordination

Manage deadlines, deliverables, and scope

Keep all contributors aligned and accountable

Oversee execution (not creation) of:

Blogs and SEO/GEO content

Google Business Profile updates

Video workflows (long-form → short-form)

Email campaign scheduling

Website content updates

Ensure consistency, timing, and completion

Maintain and improve checklists and workflows

Document process fixes when things break

Ensure systems are followed consistently

Help simplify and standardize recurring tasks

Provide a concise weekly update:

What shipped

What’s in progress

What’s blocked

What’s next

Maintain simple dashboards for visibility

Required

5+ years in one or more of the following: Operations Manager, Project Manager, Marketing Project Manager, Agency Account Manager, Startup or small-business operations role
