Responsibilities
Lead end to end Teamcenter architecture for enterprise and program level deployments
Design and implement PLM data models, item types, revision schemes, lifecycles, and workflows
Architect digital thread solutions spanning requirements, MBSE, design, manufacturing, quality, and sustainment
Define integration strategies across NX, ERP, MES, simulation, and downstream manufacturing systems
Advise customers on PLM roadmaps, governance models, standards, and long term scalability
Lead technical execution including configuration strategy, customization decisions, and deployment oversight
Act as the senior technical authority in customer design reviews, architecture discussions, and steering committees
Mentor junior consultants and help build Forge Digital internal delivery standards and intellectual property
Support pre sales activities including technical discovery, solution architecture, and scope definition
Qualification
Required
US Person status, US Citizen or Permanent Resident required
Eight or more years of hands on experience with Siemens Teamcenter
Proven experience serving as a Teamcenter Architect or Lead Technical Consultant
Deep expertise in Teamcenter data modeling and BMIDE
Strong experience designing workflows, lifecycles, and release processes
Solid background in change management processes including ECR, ECO, and ECN
Experience integrating Teamcenter with NX in production environments
Experience supporting Aerospace and Defense or Nuclear Energy programs
Comfortable working in regulated environments including ITAR, EAR, NQA one, NRC, and DoD programs
Ability to translate engineering and business requirements into scalable system architectures
Strong communication skills with engineers, program leadership, and executive stakeholders
Preferred
Requirements management or MBSE workflows within Teamcenter
Manufacturing process planning, MBOM, or MES integration
ERP integration experience such as SAP or Oracle
Enterprise PLM standardization across multiple programs or business units
Prior experience working for a Siemens Partner, OEM, or Tier One supplier
