Qualification
Required
Experience in project management, team leadership, and resource planning
Technical knowledge in disaster restoration processes, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols
Proficiency in communication, client relations, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational, training, and schedule management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced certifications in restoration or related fields are an advantage
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
Preferred
