Enterprise Sales Manager
Sentinel Data Analytics Corporation is dedicated to helping private jet charter operators increase profitability through a tech-enabled platform. The role involves driving new logo acquisition by educating and consulting with CEOs and multi-hat operators on operational economics and profit optimization.

Responsibilities
Generate pipeline via outbound prospecting into a concentrated, target list
Own the full sales cycle for new logos: discovery → business case → close
Educate CEOs (and multi-hat operators) about operational economics, revenue management and profit optimization
Reframe KPIs and challenge assumptions (e.g., hours flown vs. margin achieved)
Build credibility in a market with high skepticism, low curiosity and low awareness
Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure early value realization (~1 week) and sustained ramp (90–120 days) to maximum value creation
Capture market intelligence to refine messaging and outreach
Qualification
Required
5+ years B2B enterprise or strategic sales experience
Proven hunter in niche / small TAM / high-value market
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Comfortable selling a revenue-share or results-oriented model
Experience with consultative selling, discovery calls, and closing deals in multi-stakeholder settings
Preferred
Aviation, fleet management, logistics, or operational SaaS experience
Experience building outbound sequences and sales playbooks
Prior experience selling to operators or entrepreneurial owners
