Responsibilities
Experience working closely with Lead Project Manager and team members to manage customer’s infrastructure/data center management projects
Ability to learn the customer’s product lines and develop a plan to mature/promote them
Experience developing and implementing strategies to streamline processes to coordinate and work with internal and external business partners (i.e., matrixed organizations)
Experience developing Business and Operations models
Experience developing and/or improving internal business processes to increase efficiency
Experience developing execution plans to help the customer reach their business goals
Must possess strong interpersonal skills with tact as they collaborate with technical resources, engineering, developers, mission partners and senior officers
Use customer tools (ex., ServiceNow) to report/manage assigned requirements and tasks
Willingness to travel between WMA facilities and CONUS
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 11 years' experience
Experience working closely with Lead Project Manager and team members to manage customer's infrastructure/data center management projects
