Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer service goals and objectives are met

Required

Bachelors degree in English or any related field
English proficiency at C1/C2
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient in relevant computer software and tools
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexible to work onsite, hybrid, or remotely

Preferred

Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
