Global Strategic Alliance LLC (GSA) is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO to support executive leadership with daily operations, coordination, and administrative workflows. This role provides hands-on experience working directly with a CEO in a fast-growing financial services and digital-asset firm, offering exposure to executive decision-making and business strategy.

Financial Services

Responsibilities

Managing the CEOs calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating availability
Assisting with email and Microsoft Teams communications
Organizing documents, files, and internal records
Preparing meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up action items
Supporting interview coordination and onboarding logistics
Assisting with basic research, presentations, and reports
Coordinating with HR, finance, and leadership team members as needed
Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
