M365 Administrator
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an experienced M365 Administrator with a strong background in the Client 365 Suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering various M365 services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience in a large environment.

Extensive experience with the Client 365 Suite
Support L2/L3 tickets from end users, plan, design, and implement changes related to M365 services
Automate redundant activities or requests and work effectively in large teams and environments
Qualification
Required
8-10 years of relevant experience
Graduate degree
Willingness to work after business hours to resolve critical issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Significant hands-on experience in administering Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, Stream, Viva, and Office in large M365 environments
Deep understanding of SharePoint at an Architect Level
At least two years of experience with Teams Administration
Proficiency in creating and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts for the administration and automation of M365 Technologies
Experience with File Share and SharePoint Online / Teams / OneDrive migrations using tools like ShareGate and the SharePoint Migration Tool
Preferred
Support L2/L3 tickets from end users, plan, design, and implement changes related to M365 services
Automate redundant activities or requests and work effectively in large teams and environments
