Required
Proficiency in the mortgage industry, including Mortgage Lending and understanding of related products and services

Strong Customer Service skills and a dedication to providing excellent client support
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry professionals
Knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance requirements
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for loan processing and documentation
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in a similar role or the financial services industry is an advantage
