Sales Representative
TrueLife Insurance Group is seeking high-performing individuals to join their competitive sales team focused on helping clients with important financial decisions. The role involves conducting consultative sales calls, educating clients on healthcare and insurance products, and managing a sales pipeline while building residual income over time.

Responsibilities
Conduct consultative sales calls with clients navigating important healthcare coverage decisions
Educate clients on a range of healthcare and insurance products, including Medicare-based plans
Manage your sales pipeline and document all activity in our CRM
Follow up consistently with prospects over time
Be available to take calls Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
Qualification
Required
Licensed (or willing to get licensed) to sell health insurance
Strong communicator
Coachable, disciplined, and routine-driven
Able to manage your own pipeline and time
Preferred
1+ year of sales experience (B2B, B2C, call center, etc.)
Experience in regulated industries (insurance, finance, healthcare)
