Oversee financial control, accounting governance, and statutory reporting processes
Establish and maintain internal control frameworks, policies, and compliance standards
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial reporting across business units
Partner with Finance leadership on budgeting, cost control, and financial governance
Manage audits, regulatory reporting, and risk management activities
Strengthen financial processes, controls, and documentation across the organization
Lead and develop senior finance and controllership teams
Support executive leadership with reliable financial insight and governance assurance
Qualification
Required
Candidates should have at least 25+ years of progressive career experience, including final decision-making responsibilities at enterprise-level organizations
Extensive experience in financial control, controllership, or senior accounting leadership
Strong expertise in internal controls, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
Proven track record managing complex, multi-entity finance structures
Experience working within large, established organizations with formal governance systems
Comfortable partnering with executive leadership and audit stakeholders
Preferred
Background in retail, manufacturing, or multinational environments preferred
