Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert with comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of program management

Direct all phases of assigned programs from inception through completion

Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial (P&L) objectives

Act as the primary point of contact for program activities, leading reviews to discuss cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk

Manage external relationships with government agencies, prime contractors, and international customers

Lead program risk management activities to identify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting cost, schedule, and technical performance

Oversee key performance indicators related to cost, schedule, and performance requirements across the full program life cycle, including development, implementation, and operations

Develop and maintain a proactive risk management program

Manage program budgets and ensure accurate financial execution and forecasting

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company policies and procedures

Ability to travel up to 25%
