Responsibilities
Answer all calls in a professional and friendly tone and screen when necessary
Check-in and create Repair orders for service advisors and intake the vehicle
Assist with any & all Customer Service situations. Ensure that every customer is satisfied and happy
Greet customers and enter customer information into our system
Schedule weekly appointments accordingly
Understand and take note of customer complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
Customer Follow-up & Updates when needed
Create callback notes for service advisor
Consistently check email and texts for client communications
Support the staff
Check out and handle client payments accordingly
Make sure the front area is kept clean and presentable
Qualification
Required
Clear and pleasant speaking voice
Attention to detail with a strong organizational ability
Ability to concentrate and listen amid distractions and interruptions; able to work under pressure
Ability to take complete messages; including names, numbers, etc
Ability to relay call or telephone message to correct individual
Possess excellent customer relations abilities, polite and courteous manner, cooperative attitude, team-oriented
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate and understand English, including reading and writing
Preferred
3 or more years of customer service experience
Spanish is a plus
Professional appearance and work ethic
Automotive terms or some background in cars or automotive industry is a plus
