Responsibilities
Perform general carpentry and building repairs
Conduct painting, electrical work (if qualified), and plumbing repairs
Install and repair plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, fans, and lighting fixtures
Maintain interior and exterior spaces, including painting and decorating
Ensure proper functioning of laundry equipment and other facility equipment
Operate and maintain tools, including hand tools, saws, drills, and pipe cutters
Keep records of time spent and materials used
Maintain a safe, risk-free facility environment
May oversee an assigned helper when needed
Perform additional maintenance tasks as required
Qualification
Required
