Qualification
Required
Skilled in operating power washing, pressure washing, and soft washing equipment
Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them on-site
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to lead a team and manage daily operations effectively
Attention to detail and ability to assess and execute projects efficiently
Physical stamina for outdoor work and ability to operate machinery as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
