Excellent QuickBooks skills, minimum 5 years experience
Excellent Excel and Word skills
A minimum of 5 years of Full Charge Bookkeeper experience, including bank reconciliations
Experience in managing payroll for 40+ employees
Experience with payroll taxes, filing quarterlies and insurance audits
Experience in hiring and HR processes
A strong work ethic and a high degree of integrity, including strict confidentiality
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualification
Required
