Gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations, corporate culture, and strategy within U.S. subsidiaries
Develop industry-related knowledge and professional skills
Participate in and support ongoing projects across various functions
Management of overseas subsidiaries and subsidiaries, business support
Planning and execution of global talent strategies, supporting overseas group companies through HR operations, etc
Industry/company/competitor analysis, gathering internal and external information, and new business development for the entire group, etc
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience and a deep understanding of business operations within U.S. subsidiaries
Ability to gain valuable insights into overseas business operations, corporate culture, and strategic initiatives
Willingness to support the Company's U.S. business from Japan headquarters
Desire to develop future leadership skills
Ability to participate in and support ongoing projects across various functions
Flexibility to have specific responsibilities determined through the selection process based on interests, skills, and suitability
