Gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations, corporate culture, and strategy within U.S. subsidiaries
Develop industry-related knowledge and professional skills
Participate in and support ongoing projects across various functions
Management of overseas subsidiaries and subsidiaries, business support
Planning and execution of global talent strategies, supporting overseas group companies through HR operations, etc
Industry/company/competitor analysis, gathering internal and external information, and new business development for the entire group, etc
