Property Dispositions
Market new deals immediately once photos are ready
Prepare property details for buyer outreach
Call and negotiate directly with buyers
Schedule walkthroughs with the transactions team
Update deal activity in Podio
Prevent delays and cancellations
Sell fast while protecting margins
Run daily comps for dispo and acquisitions support
Use Zillow, Redfin, and internal CMA tools
Verify ARV and pricing before marketing
Review pricing weekly with leadership
Add 10 new buyers or agents per day
Manage and clean the buyer list
Build relationships with repeat buyers
Verify buyer funds and readiness
Follow up daily on active deals
Log all offers and interest in Podio
Network with wholesalers for JV deals
Over communicate with buyers and transactions
Confirm deposits and timelines
Keep deals moving without being asked
Track weekly: Offers received, Properties sold, Days to sell, Asking vs sold price, New buyers added
On time, every day
Fast response during work hours
Podio updated after every call
End of day activity report sent daily
Zero missed follow ups
Qualification
