Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking needs
Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing
Maintain and balance a cash drawer with a high degree of accuracy
Follow all bank policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking services or personnel
Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer and bank information
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including vault duties as needed
Support branch goals and participate in team meetings and training
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays if required
Proficient in basic computer applications and ability to learn bank systems
Preferred
Previous cash handling or customer service experience
