Seamless coordination between real estate, operations, marketing, and clinical functions
Strategic market planning coordinating financial models and P&Ls in partnership with Finance
Oversee lease coordination, site selection, and corporate approvals
Set up and deploy all marketing launch assets
Collaborate with clinical operations, treatment planning, and intake to ensure full workflow readiness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree: Master's or MBA preferred
8-10+ years of healthcare strategy, operations, and multi-site expansion
Proven track record in multi-market management
Experience in consulting, retail health, health systems, or PE backed healthcare services company
Entrepreneurial, growth-obsessed mindset
Preferred

Salesforce Health Cloud experience a plus
