The role involves providing excellent customer service, performing vehicle services, and maintaining facility cleanliness, with training provided for all necessary skills.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Learn and deliver all services, including express oil changes, transmission services, power steering, radiator services, differential, etc
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
Respond to customer questions and requests
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to work at all locations: Airline Hwy, Essen Ln, Perkins Rd, Coursey Blvd, and Greenwell Springs Rd. Employees are assigned a home location but may be asked to assist at other locations when the need arises
The work week is typically 5 days, 8-10 hours per day. Overtime may be assigned as needed and is paid at a premium rate
Excellent customer service skills
Professionalism in all aspects
Able to work in a team environment
Able to learn a POS system and use a tablet computer
The ability to read, write, and speak
