LHH has partnered with a growing company in the Flower Mound area that is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support and scale its accounting operations. This role will oversee accounting operations across multiple locations and entities, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and lead process improvements as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple locations and legal entities

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for all locations

Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements

Ensure consistent application of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations

Support budgeting and forecasting efforts in partnership with FP&A and operations teams

Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reporting packages

Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency

Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff across multiple locations

Partner with operations and senior leadership to support location-level financial performance
