Responsibilities
Prepare financial forecasts and detailed reports to assist operational leaders in strategic decision-making
Analyze large datasets to conduct research, model scenarios, and improve overall performance metrics
Play a key role in developing annual budgets and preparing comprehensive inpatient budget presentations
Collaborate with Directors of Finance and Business Development to create pro forma analyses for acquisitions, start-ups, and relocations
Evaluate consolidated financial statements to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Perform market analysis and calculate contract rates, considering the impact of regulatory changes on hospital operations
Support operational leadership by completing complex ad hoc projects tailored to specific needs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling within a corporate setting
Proficiency in handling large datasets and utilizing data mining techniques
Strong expertise in variance analysis and budgeting processes
Ability to conduct market research and interpret regulatory implications
Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in financial tools and software
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
