Nilus is a fast-growing fintech startup building an AI-native cash management platform for modern finance teams. They are seeking a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth and engage with potential accounts to communicate their value proposition and product benefits.

Responsibilities

Identify and research US potential accounts within the ideal customer profile to achieve pipeline goals
Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and map them to Nilus solutions. Communicate our value proposition and product benefits in line with company messaging
Engage prospects by phone, LinkedIn, email, video, and other sales & marketing tools to generate new interest and new business potential
Work with GTM operations tools (such as Clay, Lemlist and Nooks) and update lead activity in CRM & relevant platforms
Experiment with new strategies, analyze what’s working, and share feedback
Collaborate with AE and GTM teams to refine strategies, optimize sales processes and manage reporting

Qualification

B2B SaaS experienceFintech experienceFluency in EnglishSales & marketing toolsCollaboration skills

Required

1-2 years experience as an SDR/BDR at B2B SaaS companies, with preference to fintechs
Fluency in English at a first-language level - a must!

Preferred

Based in Nashville or NYC (preferred) - remote okay - but has the ability to work all US hours
