Responsibilities
Serving as the primary legal advisor to the C-Suite on IP risks associated with new product launches and content acquisitions
Drafting and negotiating high-value licensing, merchandising, and distribution agreements with global tech platforms and media partners
Managing external counsel in IP infringement cases and supervising investigations into large-scale digital piracy
Representing the organization in industry coalitions to influence digital copyright legislation and international IP standards
Ensuring all digital content meets regional regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of experience in media, tech, or entertainment law, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity
Bachelor's degree in Law and passed a US bar exam(optional)
Advanced understanding of blockchain-based rights tracking, AI licensing frameworks and AI Content Governance, and digital watermarking technologies
Proven track record of managing IP portfolios across multiple jurisdictions
