Sr. Sales Development Representative

Qodo is building an AI Code Review platform that helps developers enhance code quality and speed. They are seeking a proactive Senior SDR to grow their customer base through outbound and inbound channels, identifying prospects and qualifying leads to support the sales team.

Responsibilities

Prospect into technical and business decision-makers across targeted accounts via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Research and deeply understand ideal customer profiles, use cases, and industry pain points
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and hand off to Account Executives
Partner closely with Account Executives to develop territory strategies and coordinate outreach
Collaborate with Marketing to run outbound plays and optimize messaging
Consistently hit activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked)

Required

1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or sales development in a tech/SaaS environment
Proven success in generating pipeline through outbound prospecting
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
Curiosity, coachability, and a drive to continuously learn and improve
Strong communication skills – clear, concise, and persuasive
Passion for learning – especially about AI, developer tools, or technical products
Organized, data-driven, and goal-oriented
Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills - comfortable juggling multiple conversations and follow-ups
Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools like ZoomInfo or Apollo
