Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger for the investment funds
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Monitor and review fund transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with fund documents
Perform fund-level expense allocations and revenue recognition
Prepare and distribute investor statements and reports
Calculate fund performance metrics and provide analysis to stakeholders
Monitor investment transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing activities
Assist in the coordination of fund audits and tax compliance
Prepare and review fund-level compliance reports, including regulatory filings and investor reporting requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2-3 years of experience in tax or fund accounting
Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles and practices
Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
