They are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Representative to handle customer communications, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and chats from our customers
Accept orders over the phone
Answer customer questions about the status of their order
Field calls to address warranty issues or other customer concerns
Make or receive upwards of 50 calls per day
Navigate computer programs, type, and process data quickly
Qualification
Required
Experience in a similar environment
Basic phone and computer skills (Apple products)
Experience using Salesforce
Ability to navigate computer programs, type, and process data quickly
Detail oriented, thorough, and accurate
Must be able to be seated, working in front of a computer for 7-8 hours per day
Preferred
Mechanical experience, specifically in the automotive industry
