Lead and develop accounting team members, including offshore resources
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting
Ensure GAAP compliance and support audits and regulatory requirements
Drive process improvements, automation, and system optimization
Support acquisition integrations and post-close harmonization
Provide financial analysis and insights to leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership exposure
Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Proven ability to scale processes in a growth environment
Preferred
CPA preferred
