Dynamics 365 Functional Lead
HyerTek is seeking a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst to support D365 Customer Service and Field Service implementations for federal government clients. You'll work with clients to understand their needs, configure solutions, and ensure what's built actually works for them.

Responsibilities
Gather requirements and document business processes
Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service (cases, queues, SLAs, knowledge base)
Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service (work orders, scheduling, resources)
Build Power Automate flows for process automation
Create Power BI reports from D365 data
Customize Dataverse tables, forms, views, and business rules
Support testing, training, and go-live
Write functional documentation
Qualification
Required
3+ years working with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service, Field Service, or Sales)
Hands-on configuration experience — not just end-user
Comfortable building Power Automate flows
Can create basic Power BI reports from D365 data
Able to translate client needs into working solutions
Gather requirements and document business processes
Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service (cases, queues, SLAs, knowledge base)
Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service (work orders, scheduling, resources)

Power Apps (Model-Driven) experience
Microsoft D365 or Power Platform certifications
