The role involves assisting with the setup, operation, and breakdown of production elements, ensuring safety and technical standards during events.

Responsibilities
Assist with all technical aspects of Lenfest Center events, including, but not limited to, set up and removal of sound, lighting, projection, and stage equipment
Act as stagehand for productions
Act as sound or lighting operator
Serve as stage manager for select events
Act as a representative of the Center, ensuring technical and safety standards during rehearsals and events
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of sound and lighting setup and troubleshooting
Ability to understand client requests and fulfill them effectively
Willingness to train the right candidate who demonstrates most of the required skills
Preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Two years of experience in a live entertainment production environment is preferred
Familiarity with ETC EOS lighting consoles and Yamaha digital soundboards is desired
OSHA 10 certification preferred
