Business Services Manager

Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce is seeking a dynamic Business Services Manager to lead their Business Services and Lending teams. This role involves driving growth and deepening relationships with business members while guiding strategy and execution of commercial initiatives.

Required

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
At least 3 years of experience working with business accounts, preferably in a credit union or in business lending
5 years of supervisory experience
Strong familiarity with financial services systems and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
Proven leadership and management skills, including coaching, communication, and sound decision-making
Experience in expanding portfolio growth through sales and service coaching
Deep understanding of credit union compliance and business operations, including cash flow management
Strong interpersonal skills essential for team leadership and relationship-building

An MBA is preferred
