Required
Executive and senior engineering leadership experience with a technical engineering background of 12+ years
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
Willingness and ability to roll your sleeves up and get involved in technical work and designs if and when needed
5+ years team management experience
Proven leader with charisma and gravitas, capable of driving and growing a high performing team
Proficiency with engineering tools such as CAD, energy simulation software, stormwater modeling, and power studies
Preferred
Deep technical expertise in power generation, PV and BESS technologies
Professional Engineer (PE) license
