They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Geriatric Medicine and Rehabilitation Unit heads, as well as the Business & Strategy Unit, including diary management, meeting organization, and general office duties.
Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to the Geriatric Medicine and Rehabilitation Unit heads, as well as the Business & Strategy Unit
Management of diaries, meetings, minute taking and timesheets
Supporting activities related to recruitment, rosters, events, education and training sessions
Supporting projects and completing general office duties
Acts as the Hospital Medical Officer (HMO) Coordinator for Caulfield Hospital, working closely with the Alfred Health Medical Workforce Unit, and provides administrative support for new and existing medical staff
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple diaries and respond rapidly to changing priorities
Relevant administrative experience at an executive or senior level
Well-developed computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel programs
High standard of written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience working in a public hospital setting
