Responsibilities

Build custom Power Pages portals with Liquid templates, JavaScript, and custom CSS

Develop PCF controls using TypeScript and React

Write C# plugins and custom workflows for Dynamics 365

Configure D365 Customer Service (cases, queues, SLAs, routing rules)

Integrate Power Pages with Dataverse and D365 using Web API

Build Power Automate flows for notifications and process automation

Design Dataverse data models and security architecture
