Sr. Product Marketing Manager
Vida Group International is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing the revenue, profitability, and product portfolio within the global markets. The role involves developing strategies for the Aftermarket Channel, optimizing product offerings, and driving execution to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
Run the global Channel Product Group P&L as a GM
Work closely with the Global Commercial leadership team and develop an Aftermarket strategy by Region/Country which will allow us to service the large Installed base of replaceable components
Re-balance the assigned Product Group portfolio toward less customization for the specific OEM and focus on technologically differentiated and higher growth markets aligned with the company strategy
Understand macroeconomic, market trends, competition, and disruptor technologies which will impact the business growth
Build out a Global product roadmap which aligns with company strategy, key markets, and create differentiation in the target applications
Translate Product Group strategy and roadmaps into tactical plans and drive execution to achieve business objectives including revenue, profit and secured future pipeline
Drive the Product Management team to develop strong relationships with key accounts and align with other product groups to create cross selling synergies
Assist in the optimization of the manufacturing footprint for the assigned Product Groups
Identify gaps in the organization structure and core competencies and build plans to bridge the gaps
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years' experience combining several experiences in Product Management, Engineering, Business Development and at least 5 years as a Team Leader
Proven commercial (OEM and Aftermarket) and leadership track record driving global growth, including sales, marketing, and technical teams
Experience leading global cross functional teams in a functional organization; demonstrated success in creating a global strategy and driving implementation
Clear, strategic thinker with vision and the ability to execute on priorities
Engineering or Business Management Degree required with a preference for advanced degree (MS, MBA)
