Senior Account Manager
MDT Marketing is a marketing services and technology agency based in South Florida specializing in servicing postsecondary schools and colleges. They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and strategy for their Performance Marketing division, focusing on PPC, PPI, and SEO. The role involves significant autonomy and responsibility for client success and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
Lead weekly and monthly client meetings. You must be able to translate complex PPC/SEO data into a narrative that resonates with university stakeholders
Independently "spot-check" accounts within Google Ads, Google Analytics, PowerBI, Meta Business Manager, and SEO tools. You should be able to identify a tracking error or a sub-optimal bidding strategy before the client even notices
Proactively identify opportunities to expand account reach. Whether it’s proposing a new platform (LinkedIn, YouTube) or a content audit, you are responsible for the long-term roadmap
Proof creative assets for brand alignment and conversion best practices. Coordinate with specialists to ensure projects stay on track and meet our "no-error" standard
You will be expected to be a self-starter who works with the team to build the templates, reporting structures, and checklists that make your portfolio successful
Qualification
Required
8+ years in digital marketing, specifically within an agency environment or Higher Education setting
You must be 'hands-in-platform' proficient with Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
You must be extremely proficient in AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini
An understanding of the student recruitment funnel (RFI to Enrollment) is a massive plus
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
US-based and able to travel occasionally 2-4 times per year
