Qualification
Required
Strong customer service capability and effective communicator, both written and verbal
Self-Starter Strong prioritization skills
Technical grasp and ability to dive deeply in technical conversations with customers and key stakeholders to support a seamless customer journey
Preferred
Sales or Customer Success experience preferred
