Responsibilities

Jump in as the applications expert for instrumentation and assays

Troubleshoot, train, and support customers and distributors

Team up with Account Managers to run demos and successful implementations

Lead local training sessions (yes, you get to teach!)

Travel up to 80%

Be the workflow + functionality guru that customers rely on

Qualification

Biological SciencesBiomedical EngineeringMedical Laboratory ScienceLab instrumentation experienceMLTMLS/MT certificationField support experienceHands-on lab technologyTechnical problem-solvingCustomer training

Required

A Bachelor's in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar field

At least 2 years working with lab or diagnostic equipment/instrumentation

A curious, technical mind and genuine interest in helping users succeed

Preferred

MLT or MLS/MT (ASCP) certification = a big plus

Hands-on experience in lab technology? Even better

Field based support experience
